Use of Scout

Scout provides software for creating AI-guided demos, managing knowledge bases, configuring AI agents, recording browser sessions, and supporting customer-facing workflows.

You may use Scout only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or workspace.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information and to promptly update any information that changes.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of all content that you upload, create, submit, or connect to Scout, including documents, text, demos, recordings, knowledge bases, and integration data ("Customer Content").

You grant Scout a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, store, and use Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to provide Customer Content to Scout.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Scout to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.

• Upload or distribute malware, malicious code, or other harmful software.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.

• Misrepresent your identity or your organization.

• Generate, distribute, or facilitate harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.

Third-Party Services

Scout may integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, Google services, cloud hosting providers, AI providers, payment processors, and other supported integrations.

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Scout is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

AI Features

Scout may use artificial intelligence technologies to generate, summarize, analyze, or assist with content and workflows.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on or sharing it.

Service Changes

We may modify, update, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any part of Scout at any time.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of changes that materially affect your use of the service.

Fees and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your subscription.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

Termination

You may stop using Scout and close your account at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Scout if you violate these Terms, create risk to Scout or its users, misuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees.

Disclaimers

Scout is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, security, or fitness of Scout for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scout and its affiliates, employees, officers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
